Reports are intended for the client identified in the applicable service agreement unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Rooftop Inspections does not guarantee that every existing or future roofing issue will be identified.

Any recommendations, observations, or estimated conditions contained in a report should be considered within the limitations and scope described in that report.

5. Estimates and Service Agreements

Submitting a request through our website does not establish a contractual relationship or guarantee an appointment.

Inspection pricing, scheduling, deliverables, payment requirements, cancellation terms, and other service-specific conditions may be provided separately.

If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website Terms & Conditions regarding inspection services, the signed service agreement will govern those services.

6. Insurance-Related Inspections
